Sinéad will start with a guided meditation to ground you both, then she will consult with her Angels where she will receive information for you. Based on what they tell her, she could pull Angel Cards, Tarot Cards, offer energy healing like Reiki or Rahanni, offer ancestral healing, energy clearing, offer intuitive guidance and so much more.

The aim is to support you as you feel like the best version of yourself and Sinead will use Alternative and Complimentary therapy to support you.

You can ask Sinead specific questions after she relays information from your Angels. She listens to them first.

Reiki was first channeled in 1922. It was compatible with the Earth’s three-dimensional vibration at that time. Earth’s energy was heavier and more dense than now. Rahanni was channeled in 2002 - 2004 as Earth was making the progression to the 4th dimension. Earth shifted into the 4th dimension in 2012. The energy is now lighter than it was when Reiki was first brought through, and we can now hold more light. Rahanni is a higher-vibrational healing modality that connects with a pink ray of light, the Archangels, and Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies. Rahanni facilitates a change in consciousness, helping to release negativity and fear-based ways of thinking to be more in tune with kindness, love, and compassion.

Neither one is better than the other. They are just different energy frequencies. Reiki is gentle and still very much needed. Rahanni works at a heart level and is more profound, and has a higher vibration of light, which reduces the healing time. A healer will know what frequency to work with when offering a healing session.
