Join me on Sunday the 19th of February in Yoga Barre, Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow for a blissful Sunday morning of soul connection. The New Moon is a perfect time for alignment and intention setting. The aim of our ceremony is to work with the energy of the New Moon as you go inwards to your heart’s whispers and bring forward your true desires. When you feel it, you embody it, then you become it!
It will be a morning of:

Intention setting and Goal setting
Energy Alignment

Inspiring conversations
Maybe a small bit of Yin Yoga (TBC)

What you need to know:
Location: The Yoga Barre In Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow
When: Sunday the 19th of February 2023
Time: 10am - 1pm ( please arrive 10 minutes prior to ground into the space)
There is Free parking behind the studio.
If coming by Dart (train); you can get the Dart to Greystones and the no. 84 bus from Greystones to Kilcoole. The bus takes 12 minutes and is right outside of The Yoga Barre studio.
What to bring:
Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements.
Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be laying down throughout parts of your heart-centered workshop.
A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up.
Please bring your favourite cup for drinking your tea ceremony.
Lunch or nibbles for after the ceremony, you will be hungry!
