Join me on Sunday the 28th of April from 10am - 12:30pm in Yoga Barre, Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow for two hours where you get to be held under the Dark Moon energies.
The dark moon is the lead up to the New Moon and she is a rattler. She can leave you questioning yourself, she can bring up a lot of limiting beliefs and just leave you feeling ungrounded. But not this time, together, we are going to listen to her wisdom so that we can navigate her message with inner peace and trust in the unfolding and new energy that is just around the corner!
It will be a morning of:
Guided Meditation and soul journey
Reflective writing
Angel Healing/ Rahanni healing
Sound healing
Deep rest
Energy Alignment
Time to listen to your shadow self from a place of love
Time to honour your needs - emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually
Inspiring conversations
Maybe a small bit of Yin Yoga (TBC)
and so much more!
We might have some cacao (we will wait to see what the energy guides us to do)
What you need to know:
Location: The Yoga Barre In Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow
When: Thursday the 28th of April from 10am - 12:30pm
Time: 10am - 12:30pm ( please arrive 10 minutes prior to ground into the space)
There is Free parking behind the studio.
If coming by Dart (train); you can get the Dart to Greystones and the no. 84 bus from Greystones to Kilcoole. The bus takes 12 minutes and is right outside of The Yoga Barre studio.
What to bring:
Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements.
Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be laying down throughout parts of your heart-centered workshop.
A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up.
Please bring your favourite cup for drinking your tea ceremony.
Lunch or nibbles for after the ceremony, you will be hungry!
