Where and When:

• Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort in Co. Wicklow, just a 35minutes drive from Dublin.

• Starting at 9:30am - 6pm on the 30th of April 2022, in the Oscar Wilde Suite, a member of the team will guide you to our sanctuary. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before to set up your space, to ground and align into the energy of the space.

• There is also ample free parking available at the hotel

What you need to prepare/ bring:

• Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements.

• Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be laying down throughout parts of your heart-centered workshop

• A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels

• Please feel free to bring your favourite crystals, essential oils with you - Sinéad will have some with her so please don’t feel like you have to purchase any specifically for the morning and you are more than welcome to use hers.

• Your swimwear in case you wish to extend your stay and use the health club or spa facilities - you might as well make a day of self-care!
