Join Sinéad on the 24th of February from 10am - 4:30pm for a day of deep rest at the stunning DeerStone Luxury Eco Hideaway in Co. Wicklow, Ireland.
This is a Full Moon retreat - the full Moon invites you into your heart, into your intuition so that you can listen to the Divine whispers of your soul. You will be guided every step of the way. After all, it takes time to understand your intuitive voice, it takes concentration, it takes patience and that is what this retreat will bring for you… time, patience, and space for you to connect with your higher self.

Where and When:

Starting at 10am - 4:30pm on the 24th of February
There is ample free parking available for you
Lunch is included in your day retreat. You will be prompted to share any dietary requirements upon signing up.
What you need to prepare/ bring:
Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements.
Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be lying down throughout parts of your day retreat and we will be doing some light Yin Yoga
A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up throughout the day
Please feel free to bring your favorite crystals, and essential oils with you - Sinéad will have some with her so please don’t feel like you have to purchase any specifically for the day and you are more than welcome to use hers.
You will have full use of the shared Sauna, hydro pool so please bring your swimwear, towels and flip-flops and even a dry robe, whatever you need to be comfortable.
Oh and please bring a cardigan or raincoat in case we take our retreat outside. Perhaps it would be good to wear comfy shoes too such as wellies or hiking boots. Let’s prepare for all weather conditions, please bring your sunnies and suncream too. Again, weather-dependent, we might connect with the incredible grounds of the Hideaway and take in some nature therapy. It is just magical.
