Dublin on the 23rd of July at 10am - 5:30pm, where you will instantly work to balance your mind and find your inner zen so that you can learn to tune into the whispers of your heart. The Divine Feminine is your Yin, your Shakti energy, it’s your passion, purpose, your inner light. Imagine a day dedicate to this part of you. Where and When:
Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin
Starting at 10am - 5:30pm on the 23rd of July 2022, in The Kingstown Suite, a member of the team will guide you to our sanctuary. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before to set up your space, to ground, and align into the energy of the space.
Car parking is complimentary in the hotel for any guest attending an event. Our underground car park has plenty of car park spaces, car park tickets will need to be validated at reception. Please note, that there is strictly no parking outside the main doors of the hotel, clamping is in operation.
Lunch is included, we will be dining together in Hardy’s Bistro in the hotel, you will be prompted
What you need to prepare/ bring:
Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements.
Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be laying down throughout parts of your heart-centered workshop
A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up throughout the day
Please feel free to bring your favourite crystals, essential oils with you - Sinéad will have some with her so please don’t feel like you have to purchase any specifically for the morning and you are more than welcome to use hers.
Your swimwear in case you wish to extend your stay and use the health club or spa facilities - you might as well make a day of self-care!
Oh and please bring a light hoodie or cardigan in case we take our retreat outside. Perhaps it would be good to wear comfy shoes too. And to prepare for all weathers, please bring your sunnies and suncream too. Again, weather dependant, we could get into the sea for a dip at some point… we will need to go with our divine feminine flow for this one.
