Join me on Sunday, April 6th, from 10am to 12:30pm in Yoga Barre, Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, for a morning of embodiment and self-love.

There are so many teachings on manifesting, on doing more, push after push, but do you know what? Sometimes, it is perfectly okay just to be you—exactly where you are, right here, right now.

So, if you would like a morning where you get to rest, to honour where you have been, to honour where you are, and what is to come for you, then this morning is for you.

It will be a morning of:

• Guided Meditation and soul journey

• Reflective writing

• Angel Healing/ Rahanni healing

• Sound healing

• Deep rest and self-love

• Energy Alignment

• Time to honour your needs - emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually

• Inspiring conversations

• Maybe a small bit of Yin Yoga (TBC)

• and so much more!

• We might have some cacao (we will wait to see what the energy guides us to do)

 

What you need to know:

Location: The Yoga Barre In Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow

When: Sunday the 6th of April from 10am - 12:30pm

Time: 10am - 12:30pm ( please arrive 10 minutes prior to ground into the space)

1. There is Free parking behind the studio.

2. If coming by Dart (train); you can get the Dart to Greystones and the no. 84 bus from Greystones to Kilcoole. The bus takes 12 minutes and is right outside of The Yoga Barre studio.

What to bring:

• Please bring your yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh, and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements.

• Wear comfortable clothing, such as yoga clothes

• A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up.

• Please bring your favourite cup for your cacao/ tea ceremony.

• Lunch or nibbles for after the ceremony, you will be hungry!
