Join me for an evening of connection as we cocoon under the New Moon in Sagittarius on the 23rd of November from 7:30pm - 9:30pm in The Yoga Barre in Kilcoole in Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

The New Moon can bring up a lot of emotion for a lot of us where we can find ourselves asking the question; “what’s wrong with me?, Why am I feeling like this?”. I have a newfound love for the New Moon and her teachings from journeying with her myself. I am a firm believer that it is in the heaviness of the shadow energy that we learn the most about ourselves and that is how we rise to meet the light within.

Throughout the evening, I will highlight what the collective energies are doing to support you and how you can too learn from your own inner wisdom. Below is what you can expect from the evening:

What you need to know:

Location: The Yoga Barre In Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow

Time: 7:30pm - 9:30pm ( please arrive 10 minutes prior to ground into the space)

1. There is Free parking behind the studio.

2. If coming by Dart (train); you can get the Dart to Greystones and the no. 84 bus from Greystones to Kilcoole. The bus takes 12 minutes and is right outside of The Yoga Barre studio.

What to bring:

• Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements.

• Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be laying down throughout parts of your heart-centered workshop and we will be doing very light Yin Yoga. Yin is a very slow-moving, Divinely feminine form of yoga where we could be in the same posture for 5 to 20 minutes. So please wear comfortable clothing. Yin is for every body. If you have any questions prior then please do email Sinead.

• A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up.

• Please feel free to bring your favourite crystals, and essential oils with you - Sinéad will have some with her so please don’t feel like you have to purchase any specific and you are more than welcome to use hers.

• Please bring your favourite cup for drinking your sacred Cacao. For more information about Cacao please see here.
