Journey under the energy of the new moon with Sinéad de hÓra on the 16th of May from 7:30pm - 9pm in Corinthia Palace Malta.

Throughout your time together, Sinead will highlight the teachings of collective energy as she guides you to understand any heightened emotions or energy shifts that you may be experiencing under the new moon.

With guided meditation, gentle Yin Yoga, energy healing, sound healing, reflective writing, and more, you will be guided to surrender into your body so that you can listen to the whispers of your heart. Working in this manner can provide clarity of mind, healing of the body, and igniting a sense of lightness and freedom within as you manifest your heart's desires with the new moon energy.

What to bring:

• You can bring your own yoga mat, cushions for support if you wish. However, we will have yoga mats and cushions for you at our location.

• Please wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be laying down throughout parts of your ceremony

• A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up.

• Water to stay hydrated and

• Perhaps a light blanket or throw to keep you warm. When you relax and receive healing your body temperature lowers.
