In purchasing and/or using www.sineaddehora.com Gift Vouchers, the Customer is deemed to have confirmed that they have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
www.sineaddehora.com Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for full/part payment against goods and/or services for any online services here at www.sineaddehora.com They are not redeemable for an in person 1:1 Healing at Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort, the Royal Marine hotel or any hotel spas where Sinéad operates from. To buy a voucher for an in person 1:1 healing, please go directly to the spa to purchase.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
www.sineaddehora.com will not take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers. Only original E-Gift Vouchers will be accepted.
As per the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019, all vouchers purchased from www.sineaddehora.com are valid for 5 years from date of purchase. If you do not use your gift voucher within 5 years from date of purchase then your voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded.
www.sineaddehora.com offers a 14 day refund policy from date of purchase of all Gift Vouchers, anything after 14 days from date of purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.
