Join me on the 8th of October 2023 from 10am - 1pm in Yoga Barre, Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow for a blissful Sunday morning of soul connection. This will be a deep dive into the Feminine way, where we will be journeying into your heart, listening to your intuition, and finding stillness within your mind, body, and soul.

What you need to know:
Location: The Yoga Barre In Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow
When: Sunday the 8th of October 2023
Time: 10am - 1pm ( please arrive 10 minutes prior to ground into the space)
There is Free parking behind the studio.
If you come by Dart (train); you can get the Dart to Greystones and the no. 84 bus from Greystones to Kilcoole. The bus takes 12 minutes and is right outside of The Yoga Barre studio.
What to bring:
Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements. We will have yoga mats at the studio just in case you forget
Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be lying down throughout parts of your heart-centered workshop.
A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up.
Please feel free to bring your favourite crystals, and essential oils with you - Sinéad will have some with her so please don’t feel like you have to purchase any specific and you are more than welcome to use hers.
Please bring your favourite cup for drinking your sacred Cacao. For more information about Cacao please see here.
Lunch or nibbles for after the ceremony, you will be hungry!
