Join Sinead on the beach in Greystones, Co. Wicklow on Monday, 3rd of July from 8pm - 10pm under for a heart led ceremony under the Super Full Moon.

This will be an evening where you will be guided by the energy and teachings of the moon. It is a time of reflection, a time of movement, celebration and aligning with the whispers of your heart.

What you need to bring:

• Your own yoga mat

• A pen and notepad as you will be doing a ceremony with writing

• Comfy clothes, Warm clothing/ blankets / pillows/ cushions/ eye pillow/ furry socks - basically everything comfortable

• Your sunnies and insect repellent

• Some drinking water

• Your swimwear in case you fancy a dip (swimming at your own risk)

• Feel free to bring cacao if you fancy it or your favourite drink

• Excitement to share in this magic

• Please bring a cup with you - I will be offering hot water or herbal tea after our dip!
