What you need to bring:

• Your own yoga mat

• Your favourite mug to drink your cacao if you choose to have cacao

• A pen and notepad as you will be doing a ceremony with writing

• Comfy clothes, Warm clothing/ blankets / pillows/ cushions/ eye pillow/ furry socks - basically everything comfortable

• Suncream and your sunnies

• Some drinking water

• Your swimwear in case you fancy a dip (swimming at your own risk)

• €4 for the carpark
