What to bring:

• Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements.

• Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be lying down throughout parts of your heart-centered workshop.

• A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up. (This is so important)

• Lunch or nibbles for after the ceremony, you will be hungry!
