Join me on the 20th of January from 10am - 1pm in Our Space, Rathnew Co. Wicklow for our first in-person ceremony of 2024. There can be a lot of pressure for New Year’s resolutions in January which is completely off sync with our natural cycles. So, we are starting the year as we mean to go on with self-love, compassion and care.
This is a morning for you where you get to be without the pressure of doing and pushing yourself to be somewhere you are not meant to be - yet. This is a time for you to receive, to be in your Divine Feminine energy.
It will be a morning of:

Channeled Guided Meditation
Yin Yoga
Reflective writing
Angel Healing, Rahanni
To receive healing from your guides and the mother energy
Intuitive teachings
Inspiring conversations
and so much more!
What you need to know:
Location: Our Space, Rathew, Co. Wicklow
When: Saturday the 20th of January 2024
Time: 10am - 1pm ( please arrive 10 minutes prior to ground into the space)
There is Free parking in front of the studio.
What to bring:
Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements. We will have yoga mats at the studio just in case you forget
Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes as you will be lying down throughout parts of the ceremony
A notepad and pen to take notes and to journal your experiences with your Angels and anything else that comes up.
Please feel free to bring your favourite crystals, and essential oils with you - Sinéad will have some with her so please don’t feel like you have to purchase any specific and you are more than welcome to use hers.
Please bring your favourite cup for drinking your sacred Cacao. For more information about Cacao please see here.
Lunch or nibbles for after the ceremony, you will be hungry!
