Time: 10am - 5pm roughly ( please arrive 10 minutes prior to ground into the space)

What to bring:

• Please can you bring your own yoga mat, cushions, and your favorite blankets and/ or even an eye pillow if you like to use one for meditation. Oh and fluffy socks! any additional comfort requirements. (You will understand on the day why you need this)

• Wear comfy clothing such as yoga clothes or anything that you feel comfy in. The more comfortable you are, the more relaxed you will be as you open your mind and heart to learning.

• A notepad and pen to take notes, there will be a training manual supplied on the day too that you are welcome to take notes in

• Please bring your own lunch and water. Lunch will not be provided on the day and we are far away from shops.
